Very pretty vintage Norcrest 25th anniversary candle holder. On the bottom it is marked J-921 , on the paper label it reads: Norcrest, Japan. The 25 is in silver the flowers and leaves are accent in gold. Candle holder measures approximately 5 1/2" tall by 6 1/2" wide.
No chips, cracks or dings very minor paint rub loss on the silver
