Beautiful Vintage 25 th Silver Anniversary Plate

This is such a beautiful beautiful 25 th Silver anniversary wedding collectors plate. Two silver bells in the center with a flower motif and pink shading on the bells. Pink flowers and greenery , silver lettering and silver around the edges of the plate. Back of plate is numbered B-466 . There is part of a paper label which I can't make out . Plate measures approximately 10" in diameter and in excellent condition without chips, cracks dings or repairs
