Down below her legs it reads : Oh ! Look Who's Here The rim of the plate is trimmed in gold.This cute plate is from the Kellogg's Nostalgia Collection. First appeared in print circa 1910. This is one of a limited series of 8,300 plates series #1. 2603 - 1991 . Plate measures approx. 8 1/2 in diameter and in very good condition with out chips, cracks , dings or repairs
