PAYMENTS: Shall Be in US Dollars. We Accepted Payment by Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover Card. Their will be up to 10 Day Hold on Checks. Also ALL Florida Residents will Pay 6 1/2% Sales Tax or Furnish a Florida Resale Certificate.
REFUND POLICY: The Antique Sampler Mall INC. is a Dealer Mall and We do not issue refunds for buyer remorse or buyer misunderstanding of items listed. Each Item has an email contact provided, if you are not sure of what you are Purchasing or need Further Information, Please Contact us BEFORE placing a Purchase Order Online. ALL SALES FINAL & AS IS!
SHIPPING POLICY: We ship by United States Postal Service "USPS". All orders will be charged Shipping, Handling & Insurance.
NOTE: WE do ship Internationally.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: THE BUYER / CUSTOMER must take the entire order ("THE COMPLETE CONTENTS AND ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIAL") to your local US Post Ofiice to file your claim. The US Post Office will assist you with your claim. DO NOT repack, and do not mail the Damaged Items back to us. This will VOID the US Postal Insurance and will not be able to get your refund. The Original Shipping, Handling & Insurance cost is not Refundable.
