Sales Policy
Positive communication between us is key to a good transaction. I respectfully request no returns unless not as described. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible so we can explore how to make it right.

I only ship via US Postal Service. I do not charge handling or packaging charges. On items where shipping charges are included, I will send via Parcel Post which can take between 7-10 days to arrive depending your ship to location. Please let me know if you wish to pay for Priority Mail so I can charge you accordingly. I do my best to quote exact USPS charges but occasionally freight charges may be slightly lower. If freight charges are significantly lower than I charged, I will issue you a prompt refund through Paypal. If they are higher - my bad and I pay the difference.

I strongly recommend you insure your shipment at your expense. I cannot be held responsible for lost shipments or damaged packages that are shipped without insurance.

Your item will be shipped in 'recycled' boxes and packing materials. I typically ship within 2 days of your Paypal payment clearing. I will always advise you ahead of time if there is going to be any sort of shipment delay. You can pay by personal check or money order, but I will not ship until the payment has cleared my bank, typically 7-10 days after receipt.
