credit and only if the item originally purchased has been grossly
misrepresented. We urge you to read the descriptions and view all of the
photos. Ask all questions prior to purchasing. Know what you are buying!
We accept Paypal payments as long as your shipping address registered
with Paypal is considered "confirmed" by Paypal. Since all International
addresses are considered "unconfirmed" I cannot ship internationally - regardless of payment type.
Please be advised that due to several recent incidents
where a customer purchased an item under false pretenses (expecting to use the item
for a special occasion and then return it!!!) I have had to institute these
practices. Furthermore, because of these few unscrupulous
characters operating on the Internet and who consider themselves above the law, all items are sent out with non-removeable
identification so that "switching" cannot be done. All shipped items
must be fully insured against breakage or loss in
shipping.
