Superb! This miniature chest is extremely well-made - the last of its type for real wood replicas, ca. 1950's. It measures 20" wide x 16 1/2" high x 11 1/2" deep. It is faux painted in a yellow/beige/white marble finish. The proportions are wonderful. Quite heavy - I estimate weight at around 35-40 lbs.

This extraodinary example of Kittinger workmanship features a 36" elm wood table top on an all mahogany body. The reeded legs terminate with a metal paw foot on casters. There are 5 drawers - one working and 4 faux. Beautiful proportions throughout - to be expected for Kittinger. The height is 28 1/2". The tabletop features tiny knots and lovely graining of the wood and inlaid black (ebony) banding. Almost all of the drum tables you will see have leather tops. This one does not! Circa 1900, this vitrine or display cabinet with 3 shelves features simple and elegant lines with only a mininum of ornamentation. It is adorned with a little carving at the front center "crown" and along the top sides. Carved or applied are sweet little bellflowers. The cabinet is raised up on tapered spade feet. Sides are glass also. Lock works with what appears to be original skeleton key. Excellent condition. Color has a slight greenish hue.

This item is a beautiful oval satinwood mirror. The sides are a neutral maple honey color and relatively plain. Very simple design with the only decorative detail being the somewhat empire scrolled feet. Very narrow depth (about 12"). Previous owner used as a bookcase but it would be fabulous in several different types of applications such as in a bathroom to hold towels, in a bedroom to store colorful folded sweaters, etc., etc. About 56" tall (at front and 59" at back) x 38" wide x 13" deep (at top and bottom - 11" at sides). Solid construction but worn with age. Priced rig ...click for details
