This Wedgwood majolica tray (strawberry subject) has condition problems, but it shows beautifully and is well worth the price! It is an oval with open handles. The handles are serpents. It has a pebbly (corn kernel-like) texture. The tray has raised design work of strawberry leaves. Condition wise, the tray is crazed and has a couple of (not bad) stains on the front. Very decorative jardiniere with matching pedestal in great colors (peachy pink, lime green, browns). It is marked England but no discernable maker's mark - ca. 1900 or earlier. Condition is useable but very damaged with lots of glued repairs. Great decorative look justifies the price. If you are convinced otherwise, make a fair offer!
