Dutch? Listed Artist Andersen Landscape Painting

This is a superb painting done in the Romantic style showing a bucolic riverscape with soft clouds in a blue sky and lots of soft-edged trees. A tiny man and woman fully clothed wading in the shallows with sticks looking for ?? (crabs, clams, oysters?) Excellent original gilded frame. 19th century. Signature "Andersen". Old professional repair patch on reverse. Crackling to the surface finish. Could stand a cleaning. Back of canvas has a stencil/stamp of Miller Vienna. If it didn't have the stencil on the back, this could easily be a Hudson River School painting! The frame is valuable in its own right!
