Japanese Blue Lustreware with Bird Pattern Celery Set (7 pieces)

This classic, oblong and pierced handled celery dish is complete with the matching 6 salt dishes. It is the blue lustreware with a painted border that includes panels of birds handpainted. Excellent, undamaged condition. The center of the bottom of the celery dish has some glaze misses (under the glaze) that look like white spots, but it is most definitely in the making - not flakes or blister pops - smooth to the touch. Made in Japan.
