Very Rare Subject Matter Enamelled Dresser Set

This extraordinary enamel set is done on either brass or bronze. It has a peachy/apricoty colored, machine engineered enamelled base with a handpainted enamelwork scenic of ducks in flight! Great colors and execution. I am shocked not to find either an artists signature or a maker's mark. I deal a lot in enamels and have never seen such pieces. The overall condition is good to excellent. The most significant areas of the composition are flawless. The only flaws are found on unobtrusive areas. One is a tiny glaze craze on the NE rim of the mirror and more significant glaze crazing where the handle meets the mirror (a commonly flawed area as there is some flexibility at that spot due to the weight of the head of the mirror on all sets like this). Also on the front side of the enamelled handle is a small area of crazing. I do not see any chipping down to the metal. The brush is in extremely good condition with only one tiny glaze craze towards the rim (pictures will show these defects. Price reflects the imperfections as well as the rareity and extraordinary subject.
