Venetian/Austrian Mini Perfume Bottle w/Mercury Stopper

This teensy perfume bottle is very unique and I believe very rare! It is footed with a swirly pattern with some gold flecking within some of the swirls (that's what leads me to believe venetian vs. Bimini-Austrian. The brass neck has an older patina to it while the glass stopper and dauber are a bright gold glass which upon close inspection appears to be like a mercury glass although I have never seen a gold-colored piece of mercury glass. Perhaps gold/colored glass like this is called something else, but whatever it is called it is a bright, lustreful gold color.
