This extraodinary example of Kittinger workmanship features a 36" elm wood table top on an all mahogany body. The reeded legs terminate with a metal paw foot on casters. There are 5 drawers - one working and 4 faux. Beautiful proportions throughout - to be expected for Kittinger. The height is 28 1/2". The tabletop features tiny knots and lovely graining of the wood and inlaid black (ebony) banding. Almost all of the drum tables you will see have leather tops. This one does not! Excellent condition overall. The tabletop does show signs of there having been books or perhaps boxes or a lamp sitting in one place for a long time as there is oxidation leaving an imprint of a square/rectangular shape. Some old scratches and one teensy area on an edge that is chipped. There are photos available that reveal all of these anomolies.
