This bowl is Moonstone by the Anchor Hocking Company from the 1940's. It is opalescent white and the bowl measures about 6 1/2 inches not including the handles. These Candlewick salt cellars or salt dips are difficult to find. They are smaller than the 18 bead nut dishes. The bottom measures about 1 1/4 inches on the outside and a quarter will just fit in the bottom. They are 2 inches across the top and about 3/4 inch tall. There are 4 in this set and the price is $50 for the set of 4 or $12.50 each. I have seen them valued at $25 each, so this is a relative bargain. They are in excellent condition, no chips, cracks, or roughness...
