Coin Silver Tablespoon by Watts and Retailed by E. F. Bills Circa 1860
Offered is a good American coin silver tablespoon made by James Watts and retailed by E. F. Bills, possibly Enoch F. Bills, living in Burlington County, NJ, circa 1860. This spoon measures about 8 3/16 inches in length and weighs about 42 grams. It has a clear set of marks and a period engraved script monogram. Condition is very good overall, with moderate wear to the bowl and surface, but no splits or repairs. All in all a good Philadelphia coin silver spoon!
