Philadelphia Coin Silver Teaspoon by Abijah B. Warden Ca. 1842-67

Offered is a good Philadelphia coin silver spoon by jeweler Abijah B. Warden (1814-1882), working circa 1842-67 and thereafter in partnership with Howard Wriggins. This piece has a good clear maker's mark and a period engraved script monogram, as well as slightly later engraving to the reverse. This piece measures about 5 7/8 inches in length and weighs about 18 grams. Please take a look at all the photos. All in all a nice typical Philadelphia coin silver spoon of the period!
