| Most of our items are sold as used but in very good to excellent condition and quality. We do not sell broke, repaired or damaged items. If there is a "fleabite", a "nick" or a "scratch" it will be noted in the description and additional pictures will be provided. We want each customer to be satisfied with their purchase and customer satisfaction is our number one priority, We try to help our customers have a pleasant shopping experience and we also try to help with costs. Sometimes the weight of a package will allow it to be mailed USPS standard, and if available we will ship this way, as it really saves a lot on shipping costs. This might have to be adjusted at checkout, but we will take care of it and make every effort to help.
