We welcome questions and will answer all necessary information and provide
additional information if needed to help complete the transaction.
If you do not hear from us by e-mail check your spam filter in your e-mail box.
Once you confirm your order by e-mail we will send a "Request for Funds"
invoice through PayPal. Complete the form and return to PayPal. Please
include address and phone number with payment or e-mail confirmation.
Please do not send a PayPal payment until you receive a "Request for Funds."
This will include the total amount due.

You may phone your request at 205-533-9622. If you do not receive an answer
please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible.
MONEY ORDERS
We will accept your money order if purchased through USPS. Orders will be
shipped (3) business days after receipt of your money order. Please do not
send a money order until total price is confirmed by e-mail or telephone order.
PAYMENT
We accept USPS money orders after e-mail or telephone confirmation.
PAYPAL
PayPal takes Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express Credit Cards.
Your billing address and shipping information must be the same if you order by credit card.
PayPal also takes personal bank checks and debit cards. You do not have
to be a member of PayPal to send money.
All payments in US dollars. If you need payment conversion PayPal can help.
SHIPPING
Shipping, insurance and confirmation is not included in our prices.
We ship USPS Priority. Insurance and confirmation is required on all orders
we sell to protect you.
We use exact Zip Code shipping. We do not estimate. Insurance and
confirmation will be included in the total shipping costs. We never charge
a handling fee.
RETURNS
If you need to return your purchase please e-mail me within 3 days of
receiving your merchandise. All returns must be postmarked within three
(3)business days of your notifying me and within ten days (10) after you receive
it. Refunds will be issued less shipping, insurance, confirmation and any
applicable fees. No C.O.D. No refunds for damaged, exchanged or altered
items. It must be packed in the original packing materials and in the
original box and in the same condition as it was shipped.
DAMAGED GOODS
We take pride in our packing but sometimes bad things happen. If the item
was damaged during shipping, please keep all packing and boxes and e-mail
us immediately to begin the damage claim process. Do not repack and do not
mail the items back to me. This will void your insurance. Take it to
your local USPS and they can begin the claims process. I will provide any
needed information and help to make the process complete.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We will hold merchandise for three (3) days when requesting information
and for ten (10) days when waiting for payment. After that time it will
be returned to stock.
Please look at each picture carefully and e-mail for any questions. A
description of each item is presented and if there is any cracks, chips or
damage it is noted in the description. We do not want any disappointment
in your purchase and we try to describe each item as accurately as possible
and note any defects with a picture.
