Fancy Lilly and Roses Bowl

Ornately Designed 10 1/4" bowl molded with lillys around the edge trimmed in gold. Pink and yellow roses transfer on bottom. There is a 1/4x3/4" repair on edge, that I tried to show in picture. Stamped on the bottom P S Germany. Circa unknown
