We do our best to quickly ship once payment is confirmed. Buyer pays all shipping, handling and insurance costs. We ship insured UPS or insured FedEx Ground within the USA. Any other method can be discussed.
Shipping: We pack everything as securely as we know how. Each item is wrapped and boxed with padding/wrapping and sealed. That box is then placed with in another shipping box. This is to ensure that everything arrives as it left here.. intact and in the same shape as described for that item. In the descriptions we put the weight of each piece, that weight is of the piece BEFORE packing and is not meant to be used to calculate the actual shipping costs, merely a point from where to start. As we said, each piece is wrapped and packed in it's own box, and then repacked in a shipping box (unless there are multiple items, which would be separately packed but shipped in one box). There is - according to our calculations - roughly a 30% increase in weight per box. For example, if an item weighs 10lbs, then with both packing boxes it would weigh approximately 16lbs. This of course can vary depending on the beginning weight, the fragility, and size of that piece. If there are any questions.. please feel free to contact us!
We accept money orders, checks or PayPal. Checks must clear the bank before an item is sent. Shipping and insurance (recommended - to protect your investment) are extra. West Virginia residents must add 6% sales tax.
All sale items are sold as is. Most of items We list are previously owned and used condition. If you are seeking new items in mint condition, please do not buy items that are stated as being previously owned, and please do not purchase an item if your not willing to pay the shipping charges.
Returns are accepted ONLY if we agree the item was not as described in the listing, and we will accept returns within three business days of receiving your item. Please email us before returning any item. The item must be in the same condition as received and return shipping will be at your expense. When an item is reshipped to us, We ask that you take the same care in shipping that we have. We pack items carefully and donít anticipate damage, but on the rare occasion of damage incurred during shipment we will not accept the return. We will however, provide any necessary paperwork to help you with your claim, provided that you have properly insured your purchase.
