A sprig of a plant is etched along the middle of the piece. It is very thick glass, however hollow inside. There are some scratches, apparently inside of the apple.
There are marks or writing on the apple.
The apple measures 5 3/8" tall at stem tip and 12 1/8" girth at the thickest part, and weighs 25.0oz (711g).
