Remembrance by International Silver, This is an elegantly beautiful and affordable 4-piece silverplate service set. Each piece has bead work circling the bottom of the lids and the tops of the bases, with a ribbon scrolling around and tying the exquisitely detailed flowers together. Coffee Pot #9801: The hinge pin to lid is missing, however, the hinge is intact. The thermal isolators are intact and seem to be in good shape. This is still a very nice piece, no dents or dings...

Two distinctive Chinese hand painted Millefleur Famille rose bowls. The motif is three red roosters interacting within a pastoral setting surrounded with flowers, fruit trees, and lattice work. The rooster motif continues on the exterior of the bowls and appears to be cleverly contrived; as if you are looking at the same three roosters but from the side rather than from the top (looking into bowl bottom). The bowls are alike but there are differences...

During the post-war prosperity consumers, ready for something futuristic and new, found that the Franciscan Starburst, designed by George James, and the Eclipse dish shape, was the perfect dinner ware for their cutting edge kitchens. Produced from 1954-1957, the aqua, green, and yellow design was a smooth, decal-pattern rather than the hand-painted raised ones prior to this time. These were the ideal plates for the "modern" kitchens of the day, as well as the "modern-retro" kitchens today...

How can I describe something that is just simply gorgeous? The pictures just do not do it justice. The exquisitely dazzling necklace is 15" (00.0cm) long clasped, with a 3 1/2" (9.0cm) wing span, each strap is 12" (30.0cm) long, it weighs 1.9oz (53gr). Nearly 250 1/8" (0.3cm) diameter stones make up the straps, wings, body and eyes. There is one 3/16" (0.5cm) diameter stone head and one 1 3/32" (0.2cm) at the very tail of the butterfly. Lexington Round Covered Vegetable Bowl, Flora pattern, Dresden Florals, smooth, gold trim. These bowls are simply in wonderful shape, they look as if they have never been used. There is gold trim around the top lip and around the base, and outlining the handle edges of the bowl. There are also 3 gold lines adorning each of the handle tops that accentuate the handles. Gold also accents the knob of the lid and around the base of the knob as well as around the lip of the lid...

A pair of interchangeable candelabra, "break a part", candle holders. From Wm Rogers, they are a stately pair of candelabras, detailed around the base as well as around each candle holder (and where the 'break apart' is). There are no pits, dents or dings on either one. One has been repaired. It is soldered where the arms connect so it does not appear to unscrew anymore (I have not forced the issue)...

Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity Plate #259 Franklin Mint Sterling Silver Plate. This beautiful plate is still wrapped in it's original seal. It has never been opened or displayed. The sterling silver plate displays the fraternity's coat of arms and was officially sanctioned by the fraternity for sale back in the early 70's. All of the original paper work is in the box. Chinese Pink Flowered hand painted Millefleur Famille rose bowl, Lovely vibrant pink flowers are the motif for this beautiful item, starting with inside the bowl center and in each of the four panels surrounding the center flower; then also around the the top lip of the bowl. The exterior continues with the same floral design but is highlighted with a dainty lilac coloured flowers around the outer upper rim which like the inside is backgrounded with gold. This 1930's era gorgeous amber colored carved bakelite bracelet that has 1/16" (0.2cm) grooves, and 5 /16" (0.8cm) flats diagonally carved along a 5/8" (1.6cm) wide band. The bracelet is 3" (7.6cm) outside diameter, 2 1/2" (6.4cm) inside diameter, and weighs 0.8oz (23g). It is, to put it simply, in wonderful condition.
