Vintage Gold Sapphire Linked Bracelet

A glamorous fleur-de-lis designed square link sapphire studded bracelet. The 18k gold bracelet was hand-made in Athens, Greece around the late 1960's by my grandmother's brother-in-law in a small multi-generation goldsmith shop located in the Plaka section of Athens. There are 14 segments with each segment having two 1/8" x 3/16" (0.3 x 0.5 cm) (approximately 0.35 ct) blue sapphire stones set upon them. The clasp release is actuated by pressing a stone and is still tight and secure. The safety chain is also intact. This is definitely a one-of-a-kind piece; distinctly unique, and created for someone that chic and elegance are a way of life. The bracelet is 7 1/4" (18.4cm) in length, with a 2 1/4" (5.7cm) diameter, and is 9/16" (1.4cm) wide, and weighs 1.2 oz (34gr).
