This is a great thing for coffee lovers. You can convert ground coffee into an "instant" coffee liquid. Comes with all instructions and equipment and easy to do. Coffee grounds are soaked in water over several hours and then drained into caraf. Then you pour a small amount of the liquid into a coffee cup and fill with hot water. The liquid is concentrated so you can use basically as an "instant" coffee. Keeps in refrigerator and holds the 'just brewed' flavor.
