Blue Bicentennial Plate with an Eagle Pattern

It could be an ashtray or it could be a serving dish, but it is certainly patriotic! This blue glass plate displays an eagle with seven stars and olive branches. Excellent condition: no chips, cracks or scratches. 9 1/4" in diameter.
