WESTMORELAND LOTUS HANDLED BON BON DISH

I think this is the Lotus Line. It is not described in my Westmoreland book, but the handle looks just like the umbrella bell. The color is a bright green, almost like vaseline. It is 6-1/4" wide and 3" tall.
