A unique set of two collector dishes made especially for the National Wildlife Federation in Washington, D.C. These dishes are 5-1/8 inches by 5-1/8 inches and 1 inch deep. One dish features a White Breasted Nuthatch and the other a Goldfinch. The decals are in shades of blue and gray on a cream-colored background. This is a nice issue of The Fraternal Record - Knights of Pythias - Vol. 47 - No. 5 - May 1944 - Jacksonville, Florida. The cover is loose, as is the centerfold page. It appears the journal was folded at one time, perhaps to put in a member's pocket after a meeting. The front and back covers are worn with some foxing, which is normal for its age.
