This is a nice issue of The Fraternal Record - Knights of Pythias - Vol. 47 - No. 5 - May 1944 - Jacksonville, Florida. The cover is loose, as is the centerfold page. It appears the journal was folded at one time, perhaps to put in a member's pocket after a meeting. The front and back covers are worn with some foxing, which is normal for its age. July 1984 Imperial Theatre Playbill for Dreamgirls starring Linda Leilani Brown, Terry Burrell, Cleavant Derricks, Tony Franklin, Ben Harney, and Roz Ryan. Many great color and black and white ads. First few pages are dog-eared but otherwise in very good condition.

November 1987 Neil Simon Theatre Playbill for Breaking The Code starring Derek Jacobi. Many great color and black and white ads. The last few pages and the back cover are creased but otherwise in very good condition.

July 1984 Lincoln Center Stagebill for the Metropolitan Opera Met Centennial 1883-1983. The Met presents Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater performing Concerto in F, Cry, The Stack-up, and Revelations. Many great color and black and white ads. The original subscription postcard is still enclosed to sign up for special events and presentations at the Met. The first couple of pages are dog-eared but otherwise in very good condition.

March 1986 Manhattan Theatre Club at City Center Theater Playbill for Loot starring Kevin Bacon, Zeljko Ivanek, Charles Keating, Joseph Maher, Nick Ullett, and Zoe Wanamaker. Several great color and black and white ads in this 30-page playbill. The last few pages have small holes at the top and the last page has a torn spot at the top. A small tear and a few creases are on the back cover otherwise it is in good condition.

September 1985 Royale Theatre Playbill for Andrew Lloyd Webber's Song & Dance starring Bernadette Peters. Many great color and black and white ads. There is slight water damage at the tops of the pages in the last half of this issue. Otherwise, it is in good condition with no rips or creases.

March 1987 Promenade Theatre Playbill for The Common Pursuit starring Dylan Baker, Michael Countryman, Lisa Eichhorn, Nathan Lane, Mark Nelson, and Charles Shaw Robinson. Nice color and black and white ads. This issue is in very good condition with no rips or creases on any of the pages.

May 1984 Gershwin Theatre Playbill for Shirley MacLaine on Broadway starring Shirley MacLaine with original music and lyrics by Marvin Hamlisch and Christopher Adler. Many great color and black and white ads in this 114-page issue. There is slight darkening around the edges of the front and back covers but no rips or creases on any of the pages. This issue is in very good condition.
