Antique Mother-of-Pearl Teething Ring with Sterling Silver Bell. The sterling bell has a smiling and winking moon face with a figure of a baby and is titled BABY SECRETS. The bell is marked STERLING with a "W" on the back. The teething ring has been lovingly enjoyed by infants over the years. It has teething scratches but no cracks or chips. The diameter of the ring is 1-5/8 inches and the bell measures 1 inch by 1 inch. This teething ring is in very good condition for its age and would be a wonderful addition to any antique collection of baby accessories.
