My heart skipped a beat on first viewing these-- I thought for sure that they were antique. In fact, they're cast in sections and then seamed (see third photo) in exactly the same way which it would have been done in 1740, but this pair dates from 1925 or so. Height 8 3/4 inches, weight 30 oz. Troy the pair, excellent condition, no monogram, .800 standard. It is a dark and stormy day in Boston (of course, we say "daaahk" here) and my photos are a bit dim but we soldier on. Top to bottom, a generously proportioned full figural Washington by Shepard, length 6", $175.00; next a scarce Gorham cast Lakewood FL pm spoon 5 3/8" with pine cone on handle, SOLD and finally Concord's own Minuteman statue by Watson, with crossed rifle handle, 5 7/8", ON HOLD.
