A large, attractive ring with elegant floral engraving. Diameter, 1 3/4"; height, 1 3/4". Heavy, and in good condition. I couldn't get both the Shiebler mark and the engraving in focus, but you can view my best attempt by clicking the little camera. And if any Canon executives out there are reading this, I'd be glad to link with you in exchange for use of that lovely top-of-the line digital camera!

One is just cause to raise the flag, but a pair? Splendid! These are oval, 2 1/8" X 1 3/8", and stand 1 3/4" off the table. Unmarked, but attributed by a VERY knowledgeable fellow to F.A. Durgin of St. Louis. I tried to put both in the same frame but couldn't get sufficient detail, thus the two similar looking enlargements. One has some dents of the type made by a small, sharp object on the back side, as shown in photo three . There is slight wear to the high-points. Ove ...click for details

for having made it to the end of my little web page. We realize that time is the most valuable commodity, and thank you for having spent some of yours here. Hopefully it has been an enjoyable experience, and you will stop by again soon. We try to add fresh items frequently. Planning a trip to Boston? Sadly we no longer maintain an open shop but I'm always glad to meet a customer at one of Charles Street's many cafés, by appointment, if there's a high ticket item which you'd ...click for details
