length 8 inches (!!), weight 10.22 Troy ounces, a few extremely minor scratches in bowls (see first enlargement, 3rd spoon from top) but excellent overall condition, marked "Tiffany & Co STERLING PAT 1884. M", monogrammed as shown.

We suspect that not many of these spoons were produced, and many of those that survive are looking tired and worn. These will do your collection proud, and also enable you to take a very generous mouthful of soup!

Height 1 1/2; diameter 3 inches, no monogram, good condition. I hesitate to even mention that the gross weight is 5.5 Troy ounces because there seems to be some sort of wicking compound underneath the screen which allows for even and gradual burning...

A similar ladle with applied medallion in rounded section of the handle sold at South Bay (4/18/2017; lot 195), which leads us to believe that this item was both manufactured and retailed by Newell Harding, thought Wendt is certainly a possibility.

The gilt, ruffled bowl is a tour-de-force of Victorian era engraving. Please see our third enlargement for a better view.
