Heintz Art Metal vase number 3792C, cat tails

Alas for poor "rare." The word is slung about with such frequency, especially on that auction site with the big blue Caveat Emptor at the front door, as to have lost all meaning. It is rare indeed to find a piece of Heintz Art Metal where some zealot hasn't tried to polish off part or all of the patination, but here is just such a beast. Height 7 5/8; top diameter 2 3/4 inches, dent in upper rim (please see third photo) but otherwise stellar condition.
