California Pottery Collectors this is for you! A rare and very early pre-Vernon Kilns dish marked, "Poxon China, Vernon, California". Poxton China of Vernon, CA was purchased by Vernon Kilns in 1931. Decorated in blue transferware featuring a peaceful scene with a sailboat and windmill, the dish is trimmed in gold showing little or no wear. There is some expected minor crackling indicative of age, most visible on the underside...

A hard to find 1940's Vernon Kilns, Beverly, double server. Would make an excellent candy dish. Hand painted and in very good condition, it measures 4.25" high x 11" long x 4.25" wide. There is very small old chip that looks more like wear on one end (photos with measurements available).

Vernon Kilns oil and vinegar set. Hard to find, it is marked VERNONWARE MADE IN USA. Measures 7.5" high. In excellent condition.

A mid-century set of 4 Vernon Kiln "Modern California" turquoise grill plates measuring 11" in diameter. In very good condition, they date from the 1950's.

RARE Vernon Kilns of California cup and saucer by artist Gale Turnbull. The design is hand painted by the artist and called Smoke Tree. In excellent condition, the saucer measures 6.5" across, cup measures 4" diameter. Cup and saucer measure 2.5" high.

Large mid century 9" Frolic pattern Vernonware pitcher from Vernon Kilns. Has a spattered background and designs on both sides. In excellent condition, it measures 10" tall and 6 1/2" from handle to spout.
