Beautifully embossed goldtone sewing etui in a with original tassel. Ladies would have carried in their purse or pocket. Inside is a brass thimble and a plastic tube wrapped with 3 different colored threads (black, white, tan) which unscrews to reveal a stored safety pin and needles. It all fits together very well. Marked Austria and in excellent condition, the etui measures 2" long. We thought this would also make a fabulous pill box and could be put on a key chain, see last photo...

California Pottery Collectors this is for you! A rare and very early pre-Vernon Kilns dish marked, "Poxon China, Vernon, California". Poxton China of Vernon, CA was purchased by Vernon Kilns in 1931. Decorated in blue transferware featuring a peaceful scene with a sailboat and windmill, the dish is trimmed in gold showing little or no wear. There is some expected minor crackling indicative of age, most visible on the underside...

A highly collectible Victorian lead caterpillar. Unusual lead figurines were collected during Victorian times. These larger pieces are quite rare and though not intended to be a door stop it is certainly heavy enough to be one. Measures about 12" high.

Art Deco modern style hand sewn and beaded small pastel lady's purse that fits perfectly around the wrist. Made in Belgium, it measures about 6" long and 4.5" across. Same pattern on both sides. It is just lovely!

An Art Deco vase by Phoenix Art Glass in the star flower pattern. This sculptural vase is light tan brown over milk glass. In excellent condition, it measures about 7" high x 7" at widest. Mouth opening just under 4" across, base is 3.5" across.

A matching pair of Art Deco pressed glass perfume bottles. The stoppers are ground and fit perfectly. In excellent condition, they measure 8" high x 4.75 at the widest. Price is $49 each or $90 for the pair.

Disney's Geppetto from Pinocchio and Gadet from Babes in Toyland hand puppets can be purchased together or separately. Both are labeled and copyrighted Walt Disney Productions and are made by Gund Manufacturing. Geppetto is probably late 50's. Cadet is dated on the label 1961. In vintage used condition. They measure about 10.5" inches high.

California pottery orange batter bowl we believe to be Bauer. This piece is not signed, but it was in the same estate and a perfect color match to a signed Metlox salad serving bowl we have listed on this site (see last photo). In excellent condition, the batter bowl measures 10.5" from pour spout to handle x 8" across x 4" high.

Paper mache with black lacquer round box featuring a man holding a teapot. The figure has an ivory face. In very good condition, it measures 5.5" x 2.75".

Set of vintage Eames era 6 blue dinner plates in the Anemone pattern by Arabia of Finland. With the exception of some minor micro abrasions from use, the bowls are in excellent condition. The bowls were never put in the dishwasher, but had been hand washed. 7" diameter. Can be sold separately at $30 each. More photos available upon request.

A very unusual blue lusterware sardine box with a sardine on top. The fish is actually curved with the body arching so that just the head and tail are attached to the box, see last photo, a very nice little detail. The colors are great with the inside being a contrasting vibrant orange lusterware. The box looks like it has never been used. Made in Czechoslovakia by Victoria, it is in excellent condition and measures 5" x 4" x 3".

A blue and white hand painted eggcup in a blue onion pattern. The foot is hand cut and is the inside bottom glazed and marked "Made In Germany" in green. Measure 2.5" high. Dates between 1937-October 1949.
