It is 9 1/2" tall from the bottom to the top of the handle.
The front is decorated with a singing green feathered yellow-breasted bird with enameled flowers.
The lid has a flowering hand painted in enamel branch with calligraphy.
The back of the jar is all calligraphy.
I haven't deciphered the calligraphy.
The tip of the handle on the lid is chipped...
