Porcelain Jar with Calligraphy.
It is hand painted in enamel.
It is 9 1/2" tall from the bottom to the top of the handle.

The front is decorated with a singing green feathered yellow-breasted bird with enameled flowers.
The lid has a flowering hand painted in enamel branch with calligraphy.

The back of the jar is all calligraphy.
I haven't deciphered the calligraphy.
The tip of the handle on the lid is chipped...

Map of Kansas with St. Louis city on the reverse side circa 1893 earlier than 1900.
It is 11 /12" x 14 1/2".
The Kansas map indicates the counties, cities and rivers of the time period.
The St. Louis city map has all the city streets, parks ,rivers, railroads indicated.
Light darkening of the paper and writing in pencil on the edge from prior owner stating the approx year the map was created.

The edges are darkened and there is some foxing...

Good condition with some darkening and writing in pencil from the prior owner stating the approx age of the map and other state on the reverse side.
Nice bright colors.

The map was most likely removed from a book of maps.

It is 11 1/2" x 14 1/2".
There is writing in pencil along the edge that states the map is 1893 earlier than 1900. The edges are darkened.
This map has excellent bright coloring and detail and lists the counties and chief cities by population of the time.
Overall good condition.

The maps show the cities, counties, railroads and the population of the time.
It is approx 13" wide and 10 3/4" in length.
There is some yellowing and a small tear along the edge. The Louisiana side has some light foxing at the bottom...

It was engraved and printed by the Matthews-Northrup Co Copyright 1899.
It is 21 1/2" wide and 13 3/4" in length.
The edges are darkened, there are some folding creases, a 3/4" tear on the left edge and a 1/2" tear on the right edge and pinholes along one edge from where it was removed from a book...

Map of Virginia, West Virginia and on the reverse side of map Florida and S Dakota circa 1890's.
The map is 21 3/4" wide and 14 1/2" in length.
There is yellowing,darkening and a few small tears along the edges.
The prior owner wrote in pencil along the edge that Florida is on the reverse side.
Great coloring and detail.
