DeGrazia Navajo Mother ceramic art tile.
It is 6 1/4" x 4".
Ted DeGrazia (1909-1982) was known the world over for his paintings of the Southwest. Indians, angels, cowboys on horseback, all were among his creations....but far and away the best known and loved were his solemn, dark-eyed children.
The tile is embossed with the Navajo mother scene giving it a 3-D look. It is hand painted with a soft matte finish.
It is hand signed and signed in the mold...

There are zebras, giraffes, a rhino, crocodile, flamingos, camels, elephants and birds.
It is 36" W x 24" L.
Ready to be framed or can be hung on the wood frame as is.
There is a small puncture in the middle right of the painting and a few small tears near the top edge where the wood frame meets the canvas which are hardly noticeable in this busy painting.
The back of the painting has some foxing.

He is has been described as the "Swiss Picasso".

This print is an olive green color and has been mounted on paperboard.
It is signed in pencil by the artist and is number 74 of 120.
The matting is a little crumpled along the edges otherwise good condition.
