Antique Michigan and Carolina's Map Circa 1886-1892

Old map of Michigan and North and South Carolina circa 1886-1892.
It is 11" x 13 1/2".
The maps indicate the counties, cities, rail roads, lakes, rivers and other topographical marks of that time period.
The edges are darkened and there is some foxing.
There is a 1 1/2" tear on one edge and a smaller tear on the other edge.
There is writing in pencil on the edges from the prior owner indicating the time period the map was made.
