It is 11" x 13" with a framed measurement of 15" x 17".
The painting has an nice variety of flowers among them is the poinsettia.
It is signed HE and has a Borghese paper label on the back.
I do not know who the artist is or exactly how old the painting is..
The frame is wood and has a wood chip in the left corner and other scratches.
The painting is in great condition.
