Persian Miniature Painting c.1830-1850

Persian painting depicting what looks like a representation of a birth of an heir circa early to mid 1800'S.
The painting is 5" X 7 1/2" including the dark blue border and 9" X 12" including the fabric border.
I believe this is an opaque watercolor and gold on paper.
There is some paint flakes and it looks like the painting was mounted on paper with a fabric border.
There was script at the bottom which has been cut off.
