Satsuma Candle Holders

Satsuma candle holders.
They are 4 1/2" tall and are hand decorated in enameled flowers & birds and outlined in gold.
They are signed on the bottoms in gold & marked CPO for Central Purchasing Office for military personnel to purchase since WWI.
Excellent condition
