Satsuma Bowl

Satsuma bowl or punch bowl.
It is 10" in diameter and 5" tall and decorated in hand painted enameled flowers & birds outlined in gold.
The inside rim of the bowl is scalloped & lined in gold.
Part of the footed bottom is scalloped.
There is a 1/2" hairline surface crack on the rim of the bowl.
There is staining on the inside and bottom of the bowl.
It is signed in gold on the bottom and marked CPO which means Central Purchasing Office to be sold to military personnel since WWI.
