Shell Pink was made by Jeannette Glass Company from 1957 to 1959. It's a soft pink colored milk glass, made to 'appeal to the modern housewife' - or so the advertisements said. This covered sugar bowl has the Baltimore Pear pattern - an early pressed glass pattern that Jeannette used for this sugar bowl. It's in perfect condition. This depression era cocktail mixer is part of the Sportsman series that was made by Hazel Atlas Company in the 1930's. Sometimes mistaken for an ice bowl, this is the cocktail mixer and includes a cobalt blue glass stirrer.
