These hand painted decanter bottles were produced by Imperial Glass Company. The shape is shown in the 1941 catalog with various cuttings and decoration. The hand painted flowers are enameled - they do not wash or scrape off the way cold paint would - and are the perfect compliment to FireKing's Peach Blossom decoration. I have 2 different styles. One has a round stopper, the other is more of an apothecary jar shape and has a long stopper...

The Spiral pattern was produced by many different companies during the Depression. Offered here is a 5 1/2 inch berry bowl that was produced by Hocking Glass during the 1930's. This size is very hard to find - it actually measures 5 3/8 inches in diameter, though it's listed as the 5 1/2 inch size.(1/4 inch fluctuations are common with Hocking's Spiral.) Excellent condition, I have 10 available. Price is per bowl. See my other listings for more in this pattern.

Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the cup & saucer set in the rainbow treatment. The color is ruby flash applied over crystal glass. What makes this plate interesting is that the color is applied only to the outer edge of the plate, leaving the center crystal. This treatment was called 'rainbow' and is difficult to find...

The tiebacks are about 5 inches long and mount to the wall with a wooden bracket (included) 3 are perfect, one has a flake chip on the back that's not visible from the front.
