The color is a light blue wash applied over crystal and then fired on to fuse it permanently to the surface of the glass. crystal. Fairfax is the name for Fostoria's Line 2375. It was produced from 1927 to 1944 and is the blank that was used for many of Fostoria's most popular etchings. This beaded purse is done in blue iridized beads that are strung in loops. The base material is a dark navy blue cotton. The original drawstring is still attached - it's made of a goldtone metal chain and rings as can be seen in the picture. The lining is missing, but can be easily replaced. Measuring 8 inches long and 5 1/2 inches wide.

Consolidated Glass Company made the Catalonian pattern in 1926. Made to look like glass found in Spain at the archaeological sites, Catalonian is characterized by interior bubbles and raised rings on the surface of the glass. Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1116B fan vase in honey yellow green. (This color is a yellow ceramic wash applied over crystal glass.) The vase is approximately 7 1/2 inches high and in perfect condition. Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Central Glass Company's Etch #410 has been called 'Balda' by collectors after Joseph Balda, the designer behind the pattern. It was produced in the late 1920's - early 1930's. Offered here is the 13 inch rolled edge console bowl in pink. While stemware is usually seen, serving and tableware pieces are hard to find. Very good condition with no chips or other damage; there is a little light scratching on the top curve from someone flipping the bowl over and using it upside-down...
