Cameo, or 'Ballerina' as collectors have called this pattern, is perhaps the most widely collected Depression Glass pattern today. Produced by Hocking Glass from 1930 to 1934, it is as popular today as it was when first produced. Offered here is the cookie jar and cover in green. Very good condition, there is one spot of roughness on the inside edge of the lid,as is typical from years of use. (see picture)

Hex Optic is one of the earlier depression patterns. It was made by Jeannette Glass from 1928 to 1932 and used extensively in their kitchenware lines. Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the #1131 candlestick - part of the Spanish Knobs variation - in jade green. (This color is a green ceramic wash applied over crystal glass.) This covered candy jar was produced by Cambridge Glass Company in the mid 1920's. The color is called 'azurite'. It was introduced in 1922 and discontinued before 1930. This is the #532 6 1/2 inch tall comport in azurite. This is a rare piece of early Cambridge glass in excellent condition.

Stippled Band was the first toy dish pattern produced by Akro Agate. The transparent topaz color pictured here was only made in 1935-6 and is very difficult to find.
