Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the #1123 7 oz sherbet in amethyst. The color is a ceramic wash applied over crystal glass. Perfect condition, I have 10 available. Sherbets are very difficult to find in this pattern, so get them while you can. These beautiful plates were designed by Reuben Haley and produced by the Consolidated Glass Company in the late 1920's. The pattern is called 'Five fruits' and is one of Consolidated's scarce tableware lines. Approximately 6 1/2 inches in diameter, the color is green ceramic wash over crystal. The El Mexicano pattern was designed to look like old, crudely made Mexican Glass. Made by Morgantown Glass in the early 1930's, the molds were later reworked for their crinkle line.
