This depression glass cream soup bowl is the Newport or Hairpin pattern. Made by Hazel Atlas during the 1930's, the bowl is amethyst glass.(Hazel Atlas called this 'burgundy' in their ads, but it's a true amethyst.) Excellent condition. Colonial, or 'Knife & Fork' as it's come to be known is a Hocking pattern that was made from 1934 to 1938. Offered here is the covered butter dish in crystal in very good condition. There is a small flake on the underside rim of the lid that could easily be polished out. (I leave things as found so you know what you're getting.) Price reflects this damage. This cup is original Fiesta produced by Homer Laughlin from 1936 through the 1950's. It is NOT the new stuff being made today. The closed ring handle is a sign of authenticity. Bubble was produced by Anchor Hocking from the 1940s through 1965. Offered here is the 5 1/2 inch water goblet in Royal Ruby. (The foot on Bubble stemware is always crystal.)
