Forest Green was the color name of this Anchor Hocking green glassware. Produced from 1950 to the early 1960's, it was used for dinnerware lines as well as tumblers, pitchers and numerous occasional pieces. This salt & pepper shaker set is part of the American Modern line that was designed by Russel Wright in the mid 1930's and produced through the 1950's. Both are in excellent condition with no damage. The color is Coral (pink). The shakers originally had a small cork in the hole in the bottom, but these are missing as they dried out over time and were discarded. The Peach Blossom decoration on this FireKing mixing bowl was done by Gay Fads Studios from 1954-5. This it the 7 1/2 inch Colonial Rim style bowl.
